A development of 53 luxury retirement apartments located within the Montpellier district. ABG (Architecture & Structures) were commissioned by Aspen Retirement on behalf of the Sanctuary Housing Association to design an extra care scheme including the restoration of a Grade II listed building.
The new building to the rear provides a contemporary addition to the listed building which contains a range of communal facilities. The Grade II listed building having a chequered history has been home to numerous uses’ now residents will have the opportunity to contribute to its future.
