Armstrong Burton understand that our clients will be concerned about our arrangements to deal with the current emergency. In accordance with government wishes all our employees will be working from home for the foreseeable future.
This measure is in place in order to protect the health and well-being of all our employees, clients, colleagues and their families.
Prior to being asked by the government to work at home, we had previously put in place a number of plans to deal with the current and projected future situation and we are confident that these business continuity plans will enable us to maintain the quality of our level of service for clients.
We have an established protocol that all of our offices are utilising, which is regularly updated as required and as things change. The effect of this enables us to operate from home and ensure the level of service you have become used to from Armstrong Burton, will be able to continue.
The business has available electronic means of discussing work without having meetings, i.e. Microsoft Teams, conference calls, emails, Skype and video conferencing, which we all our staff will utilise. We have made substantial IT investment in internet connectivity and cloud services to ensure working remotely is sustainable for long periods of time. The business utilises Office 365 along with other cloud-based products together with a second back up system in the event of a failure.
Our staff have been, and continue to be, briefed on our contingency plans and are able to access projects and client information in a secure manner from anywhere.
Please contact all our employees via email or office mobile phones if they have them.
